High-precision box tempering furnace

Structure:

The whole set of the equipment includes furnace, furnace cover, cover moving mechanism, air recirculating structure, hearth, work supports, and control system.

Application :

Low temperature annealing of low carbon steels and alloyed steels

Features :

1.Ceramic fiber block is used as refractory and insulation material for the furnace and its cover. Fiber refractory and insulation block featured long service life, heating efficiency, and energy conservation.

2.Furnace cover moving mechanism is a rail frame gantry crane made of heavy duty H beam. On top of frame, two pairs of motor and gearbox are connected with the cover by chains to realize vertical moving of the cover. Among the four rail wheels, two of them are driving by motor and two speeds gear box with brake function to realize accurate horizontal moving.

3.Made of high temperature resistance alloy, ribbon strip heating elements are hanged on ceramic clasps, evenly distributed around the insulating wall to guarantee temperature uniformity, reliability, long service life, and easy installation and maintenance. Hearth plate protects heating elements on furnace bottom.

4.In all six control zones, two shelled thermal couples are used in every single control zone for temperature control and over temperature alarm.

5.High-power recirculation blower on sidewall is used to recirculate hot air in the furnace to guarantee temperature uniformity.

6.A stainless steel air-conducting hood is hanged under the furnace cover by stainless steel bar for heated air circulation in top part of the furnace.

7.In bottom part of the furnace, hot air can circulate through the space between hearth plate and work supports. Working pieces are placed and heated on top of the work supports.

8.For air recirculating on both sides of the furnace, recirculation cylinder, made of stainless steel and supported by the hearth, is employed. With a vent on one side and the space between the cylinder and furnace lining, hot air can circulate evenly to maintain temperature uniformity.
